These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Human Design for Love and Direction website (the "Service") operated by John Busker ("us," "we," or "our").

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

Access to Service

We reserve the right to refuse to provide access to the Service to anyone for any reason at any time.

We use limiters to restrict excessive use of this Service to reduce the amount of unauthorized "bots" or excessive personal usage of this Service. Please contact the Administrator of this Service if you encounter these restrictions and consider them too restrictive for typical users.

Content Acknowlegements

Human Design System was delivered to a man named Ra Uru Hu in 1987 through what he called a "voice." He developed and taught the system to his students untill his death in 2011. His teachings are widely available, with the bulk of his teaching available at the website, Jovian Archive. Hexagram and Line Key Notes, along with Planet Exaltations and Detriments in Hexagram Lines, that are presented by this Service, are taken primarily from his original works. These works were later compiled with commentary and named the Rave I'Ching. Ra Uru Hu was also given Hexagram relationship dynamics which are visually presented in what he  named a Rave BodyGraph. These Hexagrams (also called Gates) were precisely located along the Zodaic wheel of Tropical Astrology. Ra Uru Hu was told that the human personality was marked by planetary influences at birth and at the time when the Sun was at exactly 88 degrees prior to birth. These planetary influences were associated to the precise locations of the Hexagrams on the Zodiac, and formed Activations within the Gates of the BodyGraph. These Gates potentially formed what were called Channels, and given Titles and characteristics unique from the individual Gates.

An offshoot of the Human Design System was developed by a student of Ra Uru Hu. His name was Richard Rudd. He called his system Gene Keys. In his book by the same name, Richard gave three natures to each of the Hexagrams. He called these the Shadow, the Gift, and the Siddhi. Richard also explored the relationship of the Hexagrams to Genetics, amino acides, and codons. This Service references these Key Notes in its reports for further exploration. This Service may also present interpretations of the original Chinese I'Ching by various students of that system.

Content Ownership

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of John Busker and licensors. The bulk of these original ideas are described in a document called A New Perspective on Incarnation Crosses, located in the Resources section of this website.

This Service, while holding to the original Gate and Channel structure within a BodyGraph, utilize an original BodyGraph design. It also presents Gate Activations at 44, 132, 176, 220, and 264 and degrees prior to birth (along with the standard 0 and 88 degree calculations). These activations are shown to be part of the human maturation life-cycle. These activations are also used to demonstrate a dual nature to the human personality with primarily "Love" or "Direction" themes. These themes fill in missing key personality characteristics not identified or taught by Ra Uru Hu.

The use of 44 degrees and its multiple, both prior to and after birth, are the intellectual property of John Busker and his successors. These calculations, unless provided for by this Service, may not be used in any elctronic form or public forum without express permission from John Busker. Personal use of these formulas are acceptable for individual study.

User Content

You may be able to create, post, or upload content, including text, photos, and videos, to the Service ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and translate your User Content in connection with the Service.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation
• To infringe on the rights of any third party
• To harm or exploit any minor
• To impersonate any person or entity
• To interfere with the operation of the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• To engage in any unlawful activity

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

Self awarensess gained from use of this Service often causes or necessitates change in behavior and personal relationship dynamics. These changes are the User's responsisibility and in no way shall the Service be liable for User's choices or changes in behavior.

Limitations of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved by arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). The arbitration shall be held in Austin or Houston, Texas.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
