What changes happen on a global scale when Inner Vision & Meditation, Tone 4 themes, move to Outer Vision & Action, Tone 3 themes?
According to my Global Cycle model, Gates 9 & 16 have shifted from Tone 4 to Tone 3 on 12/09/2025 (in Line 3, Color 1). This is no small change, as we are setting up to repeat a global fear crisis similar to the Covid era lock-downs that started in 2020. Only this time, we won't have the 40/37 Cross of Planning themes that kept people relatively organized and compliant.
In this new cycle of the Left Angle Cross of Spirit, 55/59 | 9/16, people will be looking for individual freedom, and likely willing to use force to defend it. Of course, there is always the possibility for people to work together to fix what is broken. However, that is an unlikely (nor practical) path, given that leaders and followers, as well as those with different perspectives, must work together to build new foundations for living.

Fear Motivation:

→ This Fear has underlying possibilities which are often marked as a need to be a Communalist or a Separatist.
Survival Perspective:
→ Individuals with this perspective emphasize primal instinct for self-preservation and security.
→ They are highly alert to potential threats, showing resilience and adaptability in challenges.
→ However, they may occasionally experience unnecessary stress due to perceived dangers.

Commentary:
As a Global theme, gate 9, line 3, suggests that there is something overlooked or broken (maybe intentionally) that needs to be fixed, and instead of fixing the problem, people blame each other. In this case, husband against wife, Republican against Democrat, conservative against liberal, country against country, etc.
As gate 9 is in the Sacral center, there is a lot of potential energy (force) that could accompany differing perspectives. Color 1, changing from Tone 4 to Tone 3 indicates that Fear and Survival themes are moving from general concerns, without a specific focus, to specific focus, with people picking sides and organizing strategically against each other. This could be in the form of citizens against governments, or citizens against each other, or countries against each other. Notice that the Tone (5) for Gates 55 & 59 is Judgement, contributing to general blaming and tension.

Commentary:
As a Global theme gate 16, line 3, suggests that people who look to their government or leaders or another authority to act in their best interests is an ineffective strategy. Color 1, changing from Tone 4 to Tone 3 indicates that Fear and Survival themes are moving from general concerns, without a specific focus, to specific focus. Here governments or organizations that once tried to employ strategies to help their less advantaged citizens (Cross of Planning) continue to deteriorate. Here, governments themselves might be concerned for their own survival. With the polarity of gate 9.3, the focus on corruption in the support systems brings attention and demand for correction, fueling the ever increasing tension between ideologies and systems that are not sustainable.
Artificial Intelligence Themes
In relation to Artificial Intelligence, the memory in a black box (Inner Vision) begins to take on form (Outer Vision). We will see increasing signs of Artificial Intelligence, once generally limited to our screens and keyboards, take form in active robots and cars and other devices, acing independently from humans.
